I'd suggest you apply according to scholarships available. Some unis offer a variety of scholarships so checking this info out first would do you good.
Before applying make sure you look for schools that offer undergraduate fully funded scholarships. I won't lie UK is not very generous with fully funded scholarships for International students. Also try applying to Ireland and Canada. Goodluck
Most Unis there don't have full Scholarships. So have more options apply to other European countries.

You apply for all the universities on www.ucas.com but check the requirements for the specific course you wanna do on the university's website

Matric results. I'd suggest applying after you get your prelim results but if you didn't do well and you know you'll do better in finals you can apply with your final marks in January

Hey Lesedi, do you know of any scholarships in the UK that cover for everything? And when I say everything I mean tuition fees, living expenses and flights tickets to and from the UK. Cause from what I've seen, most scholarships nowdays only cover 50% of tuition fees and all of that, it's very rare to find fully funding/funded scholarships.
I don't think there's any that cover anything, you'd have to get a sponsor

Not at all unless your degree has something to do with the community service or non academic achievements then you can put it in your personal statement
